How to add a device?

Hi, I am new!
How can I add a new instance of a device?
For example an OpenWeatherMap or a VirtualWindowContact?
I have a working install and I can homegear -r and run php commands. I also connected from ioBroker. But I don’t understand how to add device.

homegear -r
fs 254
peers create help
