ich habe gerade mit 0.6.0-1007 (1008 ist noch nicht “gebuildet”) deinen Workaround getestet (Kopie des Parameters WAKE_ON_RADIO zu BURST_RX in der Device-Description-XML-Datei): das funktioniert!!
Jetzt sehe ich in der ccu2 unter lxccu wieder die Einstellungsparameter und kann diese auch erfolgreich verändern! Spitze!! Danke!!!
Jetzt bleibt noch das Problem mit dem Schalter HM-ES-PMSw1-Pl, bei dem auch in dieser Version keine Geräteparameter als einstellbar angezeigt werden. Wilde Vermutung: auch irgendetwas in der entsprechenden XML-Datei. Das Gerät ist vom Typ 00AC (laut “homegear -r”) und hier ist das entsprechende “config print”:

UPDATE: ich teste gerade auch noch mal mit dem Homematic LAN Konfigurator von eq-3 (Version 1.519), und die zeigt für die Steckdose folgendes in den Kanalparametern an:
