Hallo zusammen,

momentan macht Homegear vereinzelt etwas Probleme:

Ausgangssituation:

HM Lan-Gateway ist ausgesteckt und wird eingesteckt.
Kurz gewartet.
Homegear gestartet.

Dann geh ich an den HM-Sec-RHS und mach den Griff auf Auf, Gekippt und wieder Zu -> Läuft 1A.

Kurze Zeit später versuch ich das gleiche nochmal. Dann leuchtet das grüne Licht nicht beim betätigen, anderer HM-Sec-RHS hat das gleiche Problem dann. Dann gehe ich zum 6 fach Wandtaster, betätige ihn und er hat das gleiche Problem. Kein Sensor kann mehr mit Homegear kommunizieren.
Ich kann zwar das Licht in einem anderen anschalten, aber der Status wird nicht aktualisiert.

Hallo milymat,

die Pakete vom HM-Sec-RHS bzw. Wandtaster kommen tatsächlich nach dem ersten Empfang auch gar nicht an. Sie werden vom LAN-Gateway nicht an Homegear weitergeleitet. Alle Pakete die in deinem Log in Homegear angekommen sind, wurden korrekt verarbeitet. Im Log landen sämtliche Pakete, die empfangen werden - da ist kein Filter zwischen, entsprechend liegt das Problem vermutlich nicht in Homegear. Der RSSI von 0x4F bzw. 0x4C ist ebenfalls ok. Also recht merkwürdig. Hast du zufällig einen CUL, mit dem du das Ganze einmal testen könntest?

Ich hab leider nur den LAN-Gateway.

Zumindest bei dem Log unten würde ich mir keine Gedanken machen, solange der Reconnect danach beim zweiten Versucht geklappt hat. Zu deinem ersten Problem: Hattest du einmal einen Werksreset des HM-LGW probiert - allerdings ist das auch ein ziemlicher Schuss ins Blaue? Zum systematischen Eingrenzen des Problems müsste man mit einem zweiten Empfangsgerät testen, ob das Paket dort empfangen wird… Da du leider nur ein HM-LGW hast, wird das natürlich schwierig…
