HM-ES-PMSw1-Pl_update_V1_6_001_140417.tgz not found

Hi together,

I’ve just found out that the installation of homegear 0.5.24-7 (Raspbian) fails as the file eq-3.de/Downloads/Software/F … 140417.tgz is not available on the webserver any more.

I was able to install homegear successfully by adapting the script /var/lib/homegear/firmware/GetFirmwareUpdates.sh and replacing the firmware file HM-ES-PMSw1-Pl_update_V1_6_001_140417.tgz with the latest version HM-ES-PMSw1-Pl_update_V2_5_0009_150217.tgz. The corrected script is attached to this post.

Hey Alexander,

thank you! It’s fixed in version 0.5.25, which is being built currently. I also modified the script to continue if the firmware download fails.
