Häufige Kommunikationsprobleme mit HM-Sec-RHS

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe vor einigen Wochen von der CCU2 zu Homegear gewechselt und alle Geräte in der CCU2 zurückgesetzt, anschliessend alles neu an Homegear angelernt. So weit, so gut, allerdings stelle ich häufige Kommunikationsprobleme fest, nahezu ausschliesslich mit HM-Sec-RHS Sensoren. (Einen Einzelfall mit einem Thermostat blende ich mal aus).

Meine Infrastruktur besteht aus Homegear im Docker-Container auf einer Synology Diskstation, dazu 2 Stück HM-CFG-LAN verteilt im EG und OG. Alle Devices sind aktuell ohne AES konfiguriert und dürfen roamen.

Es bestehen Direktverknüpfungen zwischen den Fensterkontakten und den jeweiligen Thermostaten, die Einwandfrei funktionieren.

Was kann ich tun um der Ursache auf den Grund zu kommen?

Die beiden letzten Geräte HM-Sec-SC-2 und HM-Sec-SCo mit den schlechtesten RSSI Werten haben übrigens keinerlei Kommunikationsprobleme. Auch der Sensor im Gäste-WC war bisher nicht auffällig, der Sensor im Wohnzimmer Fenster hingegen schon. Scheint mir keinen Zusammenhang zum RSSI Wert zu geben.

Braucht es auch nicht. Einmal eingerichtet läuft es absolut problemlos.

Ein paar Fehler hatte ich auch, als ich noch das HM-MOD-RPI-PCB benutzt habe. In der Grössenordnung waren das ungefähr so viele wie Du hast. Die sind weg, seit ich @pmayer’s Adapter verwende. War aber irgendwie auch nur ein kosmetisches Problem.

Nicht zu vergessen ist, dass wir uns im Funkbereich bewegen. Da sind Störungen nicht abwegig. Zumal du auch mehrere Funk-Adapter (2 oder 3?), die alle auf der gleichen Frequenz funken. Kann es sein, dass eines Fragmente einer anderen Funk-Kommunikation aufschnappt, und dadurch die Log-Einträge generiert werden?

Hast du irgendwelche Funktionsausfälle, oder sind es nur die Logeinträge?

Ich habe 2 Funk-Adapter im Einsatz. Hätte durchaus erwartet dass Homegear damit umgehen kann und jeder der Adapter weiss wofür er zuständig ist und nicht fälschlicherweise Kommunikationspakete des anderen “aufschnappt”, so habe ich zumindest die Doku verstanden.

BEswusst sprübare Funktionsausfälle habe ich eigentlich nicht, aber ich renne natürlich auch nicht bei jeder Meldung an den Aktor und prüfe das. Allerdings würde ich behaupten: Wenn eine Fehlermeldung im Log zu sehen ist, und zudem auch die Queues nicht abgearbeitet sind, dann wurde das Paket auch nicht übertragen und ich sollte durchaus der Ursache auf den Grund gehen

Wie gesagt, der Logeintrag ist wohl das kleinere Thema, eher die gefüllten Queues.

Welche Version von Homegear setzt du ein?

Homegear bietet mit dem HM-CFG-LAN und auch mit dem homegear-gateway roaming der Geräte an. Es ist damit egal, mit welcher “Basis” der HM-Sec-RHS funkt, er sollte sich automatisch die beste suchen.

Zu der Queue kann ich leider nichts sagen, vielleicht hat da @sathya eine Idee. Hast du danach mal hier im Forum gesucht?

Queues werden nicht abgearbeitet

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem: Nach einem Neustart von meinem Pi (Version 2), auf dem Openhab und Homegear jeweils in einem Docker-Container laufen, werden Befehle an meine Homematic-Komponenten häufig nicht mehr gesendet. Die REST-Api von Homegear gibt mir allerdings die neuen Werte zurück. Auffällig ist, dass jeweiligen Queues der Komponenten dann nicht leer sind. Leere ich diese aktiv, funktioniert die Kommunikation danach wieder einwandfrei. Beispiel: Ein Heizthermostat steht auf …

Da ich den Satz mit “Kann es sein” begonnen habe und mit einem “?” beendet habe war der durchaus als Frage gemeint unbd nicht als Fakt.

Ich habe keine zwei Funkadapter, aber die Architektur ist meines Wissens anders. Soweit ich weiß, werden die Geräte an Homegear angelernt und nicht an den Funkadapter (Adapter sind transparent). Wenn sich die Fensterkontakte nicht vollständig von den optischen oder magnetischen unterscheiden, bauen sie nur von sich aus eine Verbindung auf, und diese dann mit Homegear, da sie keinen der Funkadapter wirklich kennen.

Aber ich mag da auch falsch liegen , da ich weder den Quellcode von Homegear noch das BidCos-Protokoll kenne.

Homegear kann auch damit umgehen.

Dein Problem ist vermutlich ein im Nightly bereits gelöstes. Installier mal das aktuelle Nightly, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass es klappt. Das Problem im Detail ist, dass das Anlernen nicht vollständig abgeschlossen wurde und die Konfigurationspakete nicht als Wake-on-Radio-Pakete gesendet werden. Letzteres wäre nicht notwendig, wird aber von einigen Geräten erwartet.

du kannst einfach auf das aktuelle Nightly gehen. Wenn das nächste Stable rauskommt, kannst du dann auch wieder zurück. Für letzteres muss Homegear einmal mit apt-get remove entfernt werden (Konfiguration und Datenbank bleiben dabei erhalten).

nighlty läuft, bekomme regelmässig folgende meldung im errorlog:

Das hat mit dem ursprünglichen Problem nichts zu tun und ist im nächsten Nightly gefixed - es gibt jetzt globale Servicemeldungen und in dem Rahmen hat sich ein Fehler eingeschlichen.

Hmm ok. Ich habe gerade noch einmal nachgeschaut, an dieser Stelle wird aktuell kein Wake-on-Radio-Paket gesendet. Hattest du schon einmal probiert, noch einmal den Anlernknopf zu drücken? Poste mal das Log davon. Möglicherweise muss auch an dieser Stelle ein Wake-on-Radio-Paket gesendet werden. Das wird aus dem Log ersichtlich ;-).
